Wakefield meet Sunday 10th May

Hi people. Ive got my car insured as a learner driver for 28 days (as of yesterday) and was thinking about organising a Sunday meet for one of the weekends im insured for....... Would have to be in Wakefield really as I need someone to accompany me in my car to get there and neither of my parents would want to stay for the duration of the meet so one would have to go in car with me and the other follow in my mums civic and take the other one home/bring them back to collect me..... Would make sure there was room for plenty of cars and would try and publicise it quite a bit to maybe get 20+ cars there....im registered on a few forums and have a few contacts....Probably a 10am while ~3 or 4 pm sort of time. No not yet John. Need to think of a few places that would hold 20+ cars easily and phone up and check everything is OK to hold the meet there. Im thinking maybe Sunday in 3 weeks from now.... Steve

Can't commit until there is a firm date but cash permitting I'm always up for a meet.

Thanks you two - thats 6 people signed up on here, 2 or 3 on RWDVolvos, and ive probably got a couple of people that will be free to go that are not registered on any forums.... Enough people to nececitate organizing a meet. I'll look into a venue and date over the weekend.
